Can Vitamin D Deficiency Cause Nausea, stomach Pains And Diarrhea?

I am a 25 year old female(will be 26 Nov. 22). I had a physical done a few weeks ago and they said my Vit. D levels are low(I'm now taking 10000 ius a day) and my white cell counts are high. I weight 97-98 lbs. I was diagnosed with IBS back in 2004(but haven't had an episode(as I call them) in a few years). I get the standard stomach ache, which is fixed by going to the bathroom, usually once or twice a week, nothing too crazy. I just found out a couple months ago that my cousin on my fathers side of the family has Celiac Disease. Yes, we are jewish, my Gastro md that diagnosed with me IBS years ago, got onto me for leaving that out. I am taking Allegra, Loestrin Fe(I don't take the iron tablets), One a Day Vita Craves and Vitamin D daily. Over the last few months, I have had now two "egg burps", bad gas and really upset stomachs. Today I had to get my MD to call me in some Zofran because I was about to get sick at work. Other than Polysystic Ovaries, IBS, somewhat low Vit. D levels and allergies, I am pretty healthy. The "egg burps", nausea(I think from the burps), painful stomach pains that turn into slight diarrhea, and "full/tough" stomach feeling(it felt like my stomach was stuffed or hard but I haven't eaten much of anything today because I wasn't hungry), happened one other time a few months ago and now is back. So adding all of that along with constant thirst, lack of appetite, constantly tired(I was told probably b/c of my Vit. D levels) I am wondering if I need to be concerned and what my next step should be. What is causing this and what can I do about it? Please help me!

Check your Anti TTG ANTIBODIES. complete Hemograme can give you idea of iron or B12 deficiency. If you feel post meal symptoms rule out Gall stones as well. only then continue with IBS.
