hello i am 53 there is a growth in vocal cords i have done video laryngoscopy, i found out that theres a polypoidal yellowish coloured mass seen in the posterior 1/3 of left vocal cord bowing of left vocal cord and contact ulcer in the posterior 1/3 of right vocal cord, similar yellowish thickening is present in the subglottic and tracheal space also ... is surgery essential ????? please direct to the apt place and the cost of the operation too ......
