Can Vomiting After Ingestion Be Due To An Eating Disorder?
I am a bit confused about my eating habits. I am not anorexic because my weight isnt low enough and i am not bulimic because i dont binge. I purge everything i eat and i eat about 500-800 calories a day. I cant stop it, but i feel like it might not be serious because i dont reach the standards for anorexia or bulimia. I dont know if i have an eating disorder or if im just being stupid. What do you think?
Dear friend .. I understand your concern .. You need not worry at this stage and eat small and frequent meals .. Do not take spicy / oily or fried food stuffs .. You take tablet. PAN D .. In the morning half an hour before the breakfast ... For a week ...Take more of green leafy vegetables... Avoid taking alcohol .. Tea.. Coffee .. Stop smoking if you are .... I think eating nutrious food in sufficient quantities is more important now a days .. Do exercise .. At least go for walk 1 hour a day .. Practice yoga and meditation ... Everything will be alright soon do not worry ..
