I am 30 and am a mother a 9 month old. I am obese and also have multiple ailments like hypothyroid, constipation, migrane etc.. My height is 150 cms and I weigh about 72-73 kgs. Hence, I started my GM diet today and unfortunately my menstruation also started today. I get my periods on time. But during menstrual can I continue my GM diet?
