Can Whey Protein Shakes Be Consumed If Having Swollen Glands?

I am not sure if i have glandular fever or not, but my girlfriend had it, but did not have a blood test so still not 100 percent if it is glandular fever, i feel fine but my glands are now swollen. I know you cant drink alchol with it but am i still able to drink whey protein shakes?

hi, well while that you´ll drink don´t cause more irritation (cold, warm, peppery) you can do it. Alcohol is a bad idea for the reason it is very irritative like coffee.
