Can Worsened Knee And Muscle Pain With Soreness After Surgery Be Treated?

hi in november of last year i injured my knee in assorted areas and eventually saw a surgeon. He found a lateral meniscus tear in my knee and had it removed 3 days ago. I asked if he saw any other areas that were scarred or looked injured and he said none at all. After my surgery to now i am having worse pain in those areas that i know were injured before besides by the tear. and this morning i felt a muscle behind my knee pull while i was standing. now that muscle behind my knee has been sore throughout the whole day, but my calf below that knee has been sore for the last 3-5 hours. what should i do? thank you
