Can You Get Sick From Kissing A Dead Body?

Can you get sick from kissing a dead body? My grandmother died yesterday and after about 30min of her passing away I kissed her hands and forehead. Today I feel sick with flu like symptoms: headache, nausea, upset stomach, fever, lethargy, achiness, and a recent subtle metallic smell in my nose. It could also be food poisoning as I ate out yesterday, but I don't suspect it is that.

it is possible for you to get a respiratory tract infection if your grandma ha that recently(that can happen from kissing dead as well as live body)....then you need to treat that...regarding food poisioning,it is usually associated with abdominal pain and loose stools...
