Hi, Fatigue , weight loss are common problem in cancer treatment. Radiation treatment to head neck region commonly associated with mucositis . Generally this is resolved after 2-3 weeks after completion of treatment . In case of severe mucositis some medications will be helpful like antibiotics, mouth wash, and steroids. Your treating physician can give you better guidance. After the mucositis gets resolved , normal food intake will be possible resulting in weight gain. Nothing to worry right now. Consult your doctor.
