Car Accident, Concussion, MRI Showed Sinusitis. Headache, Light Sensitivity
i was in a car accident and diagnosed with concussion now just had an mri that showed fogginess in the head area and they said it is sinuitus. but i dont have the sinus infection symptoms but light sensitivity with onset of headaches constant headache cognitive issues noise and words if spoken to fast or loud i get agitated. is this really a sinus infection?

Sinus findings seem to be co-incidental.
Symptoms, clinical findings or investigations often go hand in hand - but they need not necessarily corroborate in every case.
Your symptoms are highly suggestive of the effects of concussion. It is a question of time, before you are back to normal. Generally, the MRI is negative in such cases. If you do not improve in the next few days, you will have to see a neurologist / may even need a repeat scan - some changes appear with time....
