Cause For Weird Taste In The Mouth And Yellowish Throat?
Hi, my Monocytes Electronic is 15.2, Bilirubin total is 3.1, Bilirubin direct is 0.7, Alkaline Phosphatase is 134, PT is 16.5 and INR is 1.3. At the end of my lab sheet the doctor has noted that my MELD score is 14. I have no idea what that means. My doctor does not want to see me again until May. I do have factor V, Hereditary Spherocytosis, Colitis, and I have heard the doctor use the word NASH before. I am currently having pain on my right side, it hurts to lay on it. I also have a weird taste in my mouth, I noticed it shortly after I noticed the back of my throat looking yellowish. Should I get a second opinion or what? I have no idea what is going on with me, I am looking for any type of answers.

From your reports it is clear that you are having a liver disorder.Liver disorders in your case NASH (non alcoholic steato hepatitis) can cause metallic taste in your mouth and raised bilirubin causes yellowish discolouration of throat
