Cervix Pain After Trichmonasis Treatment, Small Lump On Lower Abdomen, Pain On Urination, Anal Burn On BM. What Could Be Wrong?

I just got treated for Trichmonasis,but my cervix still hurts a little. on the right side of my lower abdominal I have like a small lump. When I touch it it hurts. also when I urinate when the pee goes to my vagina it burns and my anal burns when I poop and it looks a lil swollin and red in the inside. I do not know what is wrong with me please help me.
