Checked A1c Level, Have High LDL, Taking Lopressor, Tired, Sweating. Anything To Worry About?
My A1c was 5.7 2 weeks ago, I bought a meter and have been checking. 1 hour after eating a bagel and hamburger meat and a salad, it was 63. I have very high ldl and on lopressor and lipitor . Also, Im very tired and have sweats throughout the day. My doc is testing me for thyroid issues and insulin resistance . Is the 63 anything to worry about. My morning reading was 75 fasting about 11 am. Thanks.
Hi
i think your sugar level are ok as with your A1c report also tells same
but as your lipids are abnormal and you have sweats problem then yes you should do your thyroid test if it turns out to be normal then you need to evaluate for your problem in detail
take care
