Chest And Upper Back Pain, Diagnosed With Cardiomyopathy, Gastroscope. Pain Coming From Spine?
I have continuing chest and upper back pain. I have been diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and a left bundle branch block but have been assured through endless tests that my arteries are clear and there are no hot spots on my bone scan. I have also had a gastroscope to my stomach and have been told that there is nothing that should cause such pain from my stomach. I have also had all relevant blood tests and gall bladder checked. Is it possible that the pain could be coming from my spine?
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The chest and upper back pain could be related to cardiomyopathy, gastritis, hiatus hernia, pancreatitis or a muscular pain. proper diagnosis can be done only after detailed investigations under the guidance of a gastroenterologist and a cardiologist. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Praveen Tayal , drtayal72@gmail.com
