Chest Pain, BP 138/80, Oxygen 95-97. History Of Hydronephrosis, Hypomegally, Seasonal Asthma. Suggestions?
My son woke up with pain in the center of his chest near the sternum area complaining of chest pain . Here are his vitals... he is 6 2 ,148lbs, pulse 200bpm then two minutes later 106bpm, O2 is between 95-97, blood pressure is 138/80. He has history of hydronephrosis with numerous surgeries to correct a ureter blockage since birth. He has hypomegally and seasonal asthma. Is his chest pain emergent?
Hi,
I dont think you should worry about chest pain. I would like to know his age.
Variation in the heart rate is very common with different types of activity.
Oxygen saturation is also in normal range.
Blood pressure is within normal range.
If chest pain persists, you can visit a physician for ECG test.
Good luck.
