Chest Pain, Pain In Right Hand, Arm, Migraine. Unable To Diagnose Reason. Meet Doctor Again?

Hi dr, I am a 53yr old women with disabilities. I have gone into the ER before with chest pains nothing was found wrong with my heart at the time. But the chest pain still is there times it is worse. Right now I am having the pain (7) along with pain in my right hand and arm, also a bad migraine (6). Should I go to the ER again or not.

I think you should not go to the ER. You get a chest xray done to see if you have any cervical rib that is compressing the nerves and an xray cervical spine. Then see a chest physician or a neurologist
