Hi,

The symptoms you describe go for a viral infection (herpes virus- coxaccie).

You may use local antiseptics for the mouth and the throat.
Don't give her hot or cold drinks, don't give her acidic meals because she has painful ulcers on her mouth. You can also use acetaminophen for the sore ache.
