Child. History Of Taking Ivig Injection For High Fever. Blood Test Showed Very High Sgpt, Sgot Levels. On Aspirin. Reason?

hi doctor
I want to know that my child (2 yrs) was suffering from high fever few days back. she was given ivig injection by the doctors. the fever is now in control and everything else is perfect. it has been 15 days that she has been discharged from the hospital but when I did the blood test, her sgpt and sgot levels are very high ( more than 480). what may be the causes for this and is this something to worry about. she's taking aspirin medicine .
