hello dear thanks for your query at HCM i understand your concern regarding child 1 do tapid sponging with wet cloth when ever child has fever 2 give paracetamol 15 mg per kilogram per dose three times a day 3 child seem to be having mild anemia give syrup rubired 5 ml once daily 4 polymorph counts are raised because oft he infection , if fever is not decreasing you may have to start him on antibiotic amoxicillin plus clavuronica acid 60 mg per kilogram in three divided dosages . hope this will help regards
