Child. Pain In Head, Jaw, Ear Pain. History Of Fall And Hard Hit On Head. On Tylenol. Concerning?

My 6 year old son and his younger brother were pushing each other earlier today. He fell and hit his head pretty hard on the wall, but didn't seem to have any large gooney or anything. Now, tonight he woke up crying with head/jaw pain/ear pain. I checked his pupils, they are equal and reactive. I gave him children's tylenol for the pain, do you feel he needs to be checked?
