Child. Projectile Vomiting, Pain In Stomach With Liquid Intake, Sleepy, No Urination For Long Time, No Liquid Intake. Serious?

I have a 3 yr old boy who has been sick for the past 2 days with projectile vomiting x3. C/o stomach hurting only when he drinks not eats. asked to go to bed last evening at 6pm slept 12 hours, very unusual for him. Has not urinated since 12 noon today will not drink, just eat. sleeping now with a hr of 73, and irregular. I put a call out to his pediatrician, no return call yet. Very concerned should I take to er or wait

Hi,
From history it seems that there is a chance of having dehydration as there is profuse vomiting with no intake and not passed urine since long.
Go to ER and get him examined.
Some IV fluid may require.
Ok and take care.
