Child. Sudden Dizziness, Pale Face, Strong And Fast Heart Rate. ECG Normal, Heart Rate 133. Advice

hi my 8 year old daughter suddenly took unwell tonite she was in her bedroom and came down to me complaining that she felt dizzy and she looked very pale.She then showed concern about her heart. I took her to hospital and her heart rate was 133. nothing showed up on the ECG and we where sent home.She is asleep now and I have checked on and feel that her heart rate is still to fast and strong . could you please advise me

It is very critical condition,as she became suddenly pale with tachycardia and dizzy.It may be due to ACUTE HEMORRHAGE OR ACUTE,SUDDEN HEMOLYSIS.The child should be admitted in PICU and if the Hb is less than 5GM%,emergency blood transfusion planned.
