My son was hit (accidently) in the nose by another kids forehead at school.
My son started with a bloody nose, chipped tooth and a lot of pain, I gave him ibuprofen for the pain and ice. His nose, upper cheek and part of eye is swollen now. No problems with mouth. Should I be concerned or watch for other symptoms?
