hello doctor, my daughter was born premature in 32 weeks, weighed 1kg. She is now 8 months old. I started giving her rice cereal from 7 months. Your seems to be right in suspecting lack of nutrition & calories.
There is no reason not to try wheat cerelac.
You better consult a dietician & review her full dietary intake to find out how much protein & calories she is currently getting.
