Child Complaining Of Lower Lip Hurting, Tiny Bumps Rarely Visible, No Color Change. Is He Going To Have Cancer Sore Or Herpes?

Hi i notice for the very first time ever in my life that i had 2 white dots in the inside of my lips both on my gum, but it disappeared 2 days later, one of them i still can feel but cant really see it and the other one just vanished. now this is my concern, my 4 year old son who loves to kiss me said that the inside of his lower lip is hurting as well, when i took a look it was little tiny bumps rarely visisble, no color change. Is he going to have canker sore or herpes?

thanks for your query at HCM

deworm your child
generally antibiotics are not recommended for loose motions
you should give him extra fluid and ORS ,
monitor his hydration status
if there is any blood or fever or child starts vomit every thing then immediately visit you doctor

change his diaper after every loose stool
how much urine he is passing
