Child Crying With Stomach Pain, Slight Fever, Passed Black Stools. Any Ideas ?
My son was cranky i couldnt understand why and he was a little hot i took his temprature it was 36.4. He passed stool twice thrice and was crying like in pain i have him gripe water. He has been given iron supplemnts by the doctor here my main worry is that he passed black stool is it because he ate something he wasnt suposed to? My email address YYYY@YYYY

The black stool is because you child is taking iron supplement and nothing to worry. The cry may be because of colicky pain of intestine as you said he passed stool thrice.
