Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The colicky pain with rebound tenderness is suggestive of inflammation in the area. You need to attend an ER and get an ultrasound scan done to find the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Praveen Tayal, Orthopaedic Surgeon
