Child Got Fever After Taking Q-dryl. Can We Give Ibuprofen?

I have my 3 year old son Q-DRYL which was given to me from his doctor. 5ML every four hours. He is starting to get a fever. Can I give him 5ML of IBUPROFEN? Even if I have him the A-DRYL an hour ago? If not what can I give him to being the fever down?

Hi,
Q-Dryl is an anti allergic syrup and does contain any antipyeretic medicine.
So you can give Ibuprofen syrup to control fever.
Give enough water.
Ok and take care.
