Hi
This right cerebral hemisphere atrophy is due to perinatal asphysxia or due to stroke as a cause of infantile hemiplegia. But what is the underlying cause of the atrophy is important. So evaluation should be done with MRI Angio, 2D Echo, Thrombotic profile and homocystinuria and other investigations to rule out any underlying thromotic causes as these conditions reuire anticoagulation to prevent further stroke episodes. Physiotherapy is the mainstay of treatment the the outcome will be good in infantile hemiplegias.
