Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi ,
Thank you for your query.
Do not panic. Most probably she is suffering from viral respiratory infection.I would suggest you to give her paracetamol when she has fever....you can give her every 4 hrs..try some betadine gargle for the cough. For cough nebulisation is only required if she has asthma or wheeze. It is better to get a chest X ray and a blood test if you are really concerned. This should get over within 5 days.Hope this answers your query.Wishing your child a speedy recovery.Have a nice day.
