Child Has Problem With Swallowing Food, High Fever, Headaches And Chest Pain. What Can Help?

Hi, My 10 year old daughter weight 34 kg is having high fever . other symptoms are headache , chest pain and problem in swallowing food. I m giving her Pacimol XP 500 mg 3/4 tablet + Mefanorm suspension 10 ml (sos) and Azithral-XL 200 10 ml once in a day. if I stop giving her pacimol or mefanorm her fever reaches 103 F. this is third day. single dose of pacimol or mefanorm is not working.... what to do? good evening, the fever keeps fluctuating between the time for the medicines. this being the 3rd day of such high fever and the medicines are taking time to show their actions , i would suggest u to to go for some blood tests- complete blood counts, smear for malaria and a urine routine test. since this is the prime season dengue fever in most parts i will stress upon getting her blood test done , seeing the reports which we can decide upon further course of action. kindly review with ur doctor. watch for rashes, severe joint pains, decreased activity, bleeding tendencies, etc which are the few symptoms of dengue fever.
