Child Has Vomiting, Fever, Low Appetite, Shivering, Warm Head. Given Suppository. Convulsions?

Hi My 4 year old daughter was vomitting sinc afternoon, had a slight temperature as well. she didnt want to eat or drink and was cranky. we gave her supository for the fever. she was better fater an hour and had her dinner, no vomitting. but she is shivering in her sleep. not sure if it is convulsions. her head is warm and hands and feet are cold. Please advise.

Cold peripheries and warm body is not a good sign. This could also occur in conditions like shock. (may even occur on exposure to cold weather)
Please consult your doctor at the earliest possible
