Hi,I am Dr. Santosh Kondekar (Pediatrician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my 4 year old daughter woke up in the middle of the night two days ago crying as her throat was very sore - she was wheezing kind of. The weird nose lasted for two days and you could hear it while she slept. She had a fever of 101.6 F that night. The next two days she felt hot to the touch - but we did not take her temperature -we gave her Tylenol -she has a cough and occasionally we will hear that wheezing noise. The following night she woke up quite thirsty in the middle of the night. Today she woke up with a bleeding nose and it stopped. Then later in the day she went for a nap only to be woken up with a bleeding nose. She got out of bed and of course it is everywhere and it is still bleeding (she is lying down of course) and he fever is 102.79 F. Do we need to take her to see a doctor?
