Hi Thanks for the query Headache associated with vomiting and fever may be as serious as symptoms of meningitis( infection in brain), increased blood pressure , migraine or it may be just a viral infection or refractory error of eye. It may also present in a kind of infection in kidney in which blood pressure get rises in that condition urine may be positive for some protein but there must be some urinary problem with swelling of body. If headache is associated with some disorientation it may be migraine. So I would suggest you to consult a pediatrician for proper clinical evaluation and for symptomatic management you may have analgesic ( paracetamol or ibuprofen) and antiemetics.
