Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. It is just a digestive enzyme preparation and may not help much in inducing appetite. It is harmless. If she is improving and on her own why don't you wait and watch her weight gain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

All the better!

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Aristozyme contain active ingredients - Diastase Ip (which is a fungal diastase obtained from Aspergilus oryzae) and Pepsin.
It is just enzyme which help to digest food, I think your baby got some indigestion so it is working nicely.

It is just supplying the same enzyme which is in our stomach. It also have no side effects. Anyway if you want to stop it then do it gradually may be like that --
5drops/3times---->5drops/2times---->5drops/1time---->2-3drops/1time--->STOP
GIVE EVERY DOSE FOR 1 WEEK THEN REDUCE.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. A K M Wasim Rahman
