Child With Fever, Vomiting And Leg Pain. Viral Infection?
My five year old daughter got sick two days ago. It started with a fever and vomiting. She complained of severe leg pain before getting sick, which I assumed were growing pains. Today, she spiked a fever again, had many episodes of diarrhea and cried because her leg pain is so awful. Virus or something more serious? What should I do to help her?

Hi,
The symptoms you describe mostly look like viral.
Give him plenty of fluids,avoid dehydration,and give him paracetamol along with ibuprofen( strictly after food) for pain in the legs.
Look for improvement in 3-4 days time other wise pl go back to the doctor for the examination.
