Child's MRI Shows Right Paracentral Extrusion Of L4-5 Disc Indenting L5 Nerve Root, Posterocentral Protrusion Of L3-4 Disc Indenting Dural Sac.

an MRI report of lumbar spine says- right paracentral extrusion of L4-5 disc with inferior migration is indenting the traversing right L5 nerve root.posterocentral protrusion of L3-4 disc is indenting the dural sac.Nerve roots are not compressed.
is this a serious situation? this is the report of my 15 year old daughter.will she have further problems?

The clinical condition is must here so I can correlate it, the entire report is depends upon the sign and symptoms, for what the MRI has been done ? Doctors provisionally diagnosed the case on the basis of clinical complain and examination and then send it for investigation to confirm the final diagnosis, here it is just MRI report shown, have nice day.
