Chills And Sweats During Night Sleep, Alright During Day, Blood In Urine.

Hi, Iam in good health, male , 62 years old, 5 foot 9 inches, weight is 170, very active and not on any medication.
Lately I've been having chills and night sweats during my night sleep, but am fine during the day.
My blood pressure is 106 over 62 and the nurse said there is blood in my urine. What is the cause?
