Chronic Urticaria, Constant Bloating, Sharp Chest Pains, Tightness, Occasional Headaches, Fatigue, Back, Shoulder Pain. Suggestions?

Hi,
I have been experiencing chronic urticaria for the past year now and over the last few months I have developed constant bloating, quite recently I started getting sharp chest pains which now come and go as tightness in the chest. These are often accompanied by headaches and fatigue and also aching shoulders and upper back. Are any of these links and do you advise anything to help clear any of the symptoms?

Hello,

Constant bloating and sharp chest pain may be due to Gastritis.
Endoscopy is needed to diagnose this condition.
On the other hand this may be associated with heart ailments due to tightness of the chest and fatigue.
Baseline ECG and echo may be needed to exclude heart condition.

Chronic urticaria is an allergic condition. establishing a link clinically is difficult.
