Clear Discharge From Belly Button. Should I Be Concerned?
This morning (around 10 AM) I picked some dead skin out of the bottom of my belly button. It immediately started oozing a clear substance. I just now noticed (2 AM next morning) that it is still oozing and yellow/translucent substance. There is also what appears to be some dried up crusty stuff near the top of my belly button. Should I be concerned?

As you have said you have yellow discharge, this might be due to infection or unhygienic condition.
Wants to know some history like how you get the wound? have you taken any antibiotic course? Does aseptic dressing done or not? what hygiene care are you taking?
Consult your doctor and go for aseptic dressing and take a course a antibiotic to get rid from this problem. Also don't touch any non sterile material to the wound and clean it with Dettol or Savlon.
