Hello dear, First of all, do not get concerned with CSF leaking through nose. It can only be possible if there is any damage to the bony plate separating the nasal cavity from the cranium. Visit to an ENT specialist & investigations like X ray of skull, nasal endoscopy can be carried out to detect it. The symptoms as mentioned in your post may also be due to Allergic rhinitis. Management includes: 1. Antihistamine preparations like Allegra can be taken for symptomatic relief. 2. Montelukast, used as a maintenance therapy to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergies. 3.
