Cold, Muffled Noise In Ear, Sore Around Earlobe, Glands. Solution?

yes thankyou ive had a cold for about a week now and yesterday all of a sudden the noise in my ear has gone all muffly and its also sore around my lobe this mornin when i woke up i have swollen glads on the same side of my ear and its really painfull im just wondering iv you can help me find out what it is and how to go about it

thanks for your query.
History seems that you have URTI
Take a broad spectrum antibiotics like amoxiclav
take antiinflammatory drugs like tab chymoral plus and nasal decongestant nasal drop like otrivin or orinase nasal drop twice a day.
avoid cold feeds.
