Collapsed Due To Dehydration. Has Rise In Temperature. What To Do?

My son who is in the military recently collapsed due to dehydration during a physical training exercise. He passed out
and was transported to a local hospital where he was kept overnight due to a heart rate of 204 and a body temperature of 103. He was released the next day, but continues to have a rise in temperaturie. At what point should he seek additional medical attention?
