Constant Burning Pain Around Mole In Shoulder. Is It A Sign Of Skin Cancer?

Hello,
I have always had a raised mole on the outside of my shoulder. In the past weeks I have noticed constant pain surrounding the mole. It is a burning pain at times and is tender to the touch like a bruise. There has been no trauma to the area, no discoloration, no physical changes in the appearance of the mole itself other than a new tiny flat mole right next to the existing one. Could this be skin cancer? If the mole is a coinsidence, what else could it be?

Thank you for asking HCM
A physical examination and may be a biopsy also will be needed for excluding the mole from a malignant melanoma. You can have a consultation with dermatologist for this.Hope this may help you.
