Constant Headache And Chilling

What is wrong with me!!! Chilling all night long, constant headache I just started these symptoms last night. Chilling all night long, constant headache and my lower back feels like someone has stuck a knife in it. It is impossible for me to go back to bed due to my backache. What could these symptoms mean?

apparently it appears as if you have exposure to cold weather. Hot water bottle in bed keeping your self warm gives good result . you can use any analgesic.
