Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

Time and again it has been proved that medications alone cannot cure anxiety etc. Your doctor might be correct in treating your external symptomatic problems. But there are psychological basic problems which are left unanswered and medication for anxiety can help superficially.

Meditation and psycholotherpy can do wonders at this juncture. Meditation and yoga streamlines the body metabolism and thinking process and psychotherapy streamlines the lifestyle beneficially. Consult psychotherapist. I can help you online if you desire so.

Wish you speedy recovery.
