Constipation Since 6 Months After Diagnosed With Esophagitis, Hiatus Hernia
dear dr.. i am facing constipation from 6 months i was dignosed with esophogitis and hital hernia befor 2 years bt i have no heratburn and any refulx issue..dare was also a pain with 24 hrs in my left side colon my colonoscopy shows nothing and my MRI test shows non specific mesentric lymphnodes..plz tell me what is the actual cause of constipation.. i will be thankful to you
HI Well come to HCM First of all forget that constipation is any disease, this is just a physiological condition and this can be best managed with general measurements like, drinking more water, have a fiber containing diet, keep the regular habit of going to toilet even if you do not want to go in still go in and sit for some time, no need to exert the force, no matter if you do not pass the stool, take care.
