Coughing Up Green Phlegm, Loosing Voice, Headache. What To Do?

Hello, I have been coughing up green phlem and loosing my voice. Sometimes I caugh so hard I get headaches. It is worst in the morning when sometimes I feel like vomiting. No fever don t feel weak. Please advise on OTC medicine as I have no medical insurance. Thank you

first u have to do sputum examination and x ray chest .according to the results u have to take the medicine from ur doctor
