Could OVERAL L Be Used For Both Birth Control And Postponing Menstrual Cycle?

Hi doctor,
I am planning for honeymoon this weekend with my husband .
I have menstural cycle starting from 26 th . I wanted to postpone it and also planning to take birth control pills from this Monday OVERAL L . CAN I USE IT TO POSTPONE MENSTURAL CYCLE as well. Becoz I don't want to mess my vacation. Can u suggest anything with side effects and other pros and cons plz

Hello,

These are pills are used as contraceptive not as to delay period. Yet, till 21st day, you will not get period. If you want to delay it, take progesterone only pills.
