Could Cold Be Causing Neck Pain, Headaches And Chest Pain?

hi i have been having neck pain and little pains in my head like when i stand up or stand and i had chest pain only little like when i stretch or run but today i been sick and i went to my doctor she said i have pulled a muscle in my back that cant be right for all that pain and sick and i get cold and hot sometimes

Hello,

You may be suffering from cervical radiculopathy or muscular spasm of neck muscles.
You should take pain killers like etoricoxib or Aceclofenac with thiocolchicoside or tizanidine.
You can also take pregabalin or gabapentin or amitryptiline.
Local pain reliever ointment can be used too.
Avoid any overhead excessive load, lifting heavy objects.
The symptoms will improve with time.
