Could Feeling Of Dizziness And Vomiting While Being On Paxil Indicate Low Blood Sugar?

My daughter who is 26 years old woke up feeling dizzy and vomited. She said that she knew if she stood up she would pass out because this happened one other time to her. Could this be a blood sugar problem or a migraine. She is on Paxil and is working out for a marathon so she eats well.
